This Privacy Policy describes how Chillipoppers Pty Ltd ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Pulse Lock (the "App"), available on Google Play.
The App itself does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location. Your game scores are stored only on your device.
The free version of Pulse Lock displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and coarse (approximate) location to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can learn how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can opt out of personalised advertising on your device via Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads on newer Android versions).
The paid version of Pulse Lock ("Pulse Lock Pro") contains no advertising and no third-party ad SDKs.
The App is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not sell your personal information. Ad-related data is processed by Google AdMob as described above. We do not otherwise share information with third parties.
Game data (such as your best score) is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.
